Who Will Be Cleaning My Home?
All of our workers are background screened, experienced, and highly invested in a positive outcome for each client. You may be welcomed by a new cleaner each time, or you may be met with the same worker time and again. No matter who cleans your home on any given day, you can trust that your home will consistently look beautiful, bright, and above all, clean.
Do I Need to Be Home During Cleaning?
No. We understand that your schedule may not allow for you to be home during the duration of cleaning. We always work out a plan ahead of time, whether a copy of your key is passed onto our staff, or access to a door code is given.
Is There Anything I Need to Do Before a Cleaning?
No. However, we do encourage you to ‘tidy up’ as much as possible. This includes putting away items on the floor like dirty laundry or children’s toys and other clutter around your home. The more you tidy up prior to your scheduled cleaning, the more we can focus on cleaning your home, rather than organizing it or moving things out of the way.
How Much Will My Cleanings Cost?
The cost of your cleanings depend on the size of your home and how often our cleaners visit your home. We provide free estimates over the phone or in-person.
What Do I Do If I Need to Cancel a Cleaning?
As a courtesy to our hardworking staff, we ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning.
Do You Offer Emergency Cleanings?
We do not offer emergency or after hours cleaning services. If you need a home cleaning on short notice, please give us a call.
